What you will do

• Create and publish platform-specific content for hirify.global Sports football channels, tailoring tone and style to each platform.
• Collaborate with Production and Design teams to produce social-first assets, including graphics and vertical video.
• Lead day-to-day publishing output for football social accounts to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Drive audience interaction and engagement by responding to trends and collaborating with community management teams.
• Clip, edit, and publish live sporting moments to support growth and monetisation opportunities.
• Monitor football news and competitor activity, focusing on the WSL, Premier League, and EFL.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and passion for football, particularly the WSL and women's football.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, video formats, and digital consumption habits.
• Proven experience managing large-scale social media accounts in fast-paced, live environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for digital storytelling.
• Proactive, creative approach and ability to adapt to new technology and workflows.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required.

Nice to have

• Experience within sports media, broadcasting, or digital publishing environments.
• Knowledge of audience engagement strategies and platform analytics.
• Experience with social video editing tools and live content publishing.
