What you will do

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable books and records to ensure financial accuracy.
• Process supplier invoices, bills, debit/credit notes, and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure effective AP internal control structures and remediate audit gaps.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage payment cycles to maintain vendor relationships.
• Process staff claims and handle refunds from shippers.
• Drive continuous improvement through business process enhancements and automation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, preferably in AP.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-growth, multinational environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a logistics environment.
• Prior experience working in a Shared Services center.
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience implementing process improvements and automations.
