What you will do

• Drive supplier quality and cost improvement initiatives in partnership with Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Resolve supplier issues using structured root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and develop performance tracking plans to baseline performance.
• Implement and validate PQP tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.
• Manage supplier-related changes in materials, processes, or designs, including qualification requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance using statistical tools and communicate quality metrics to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with a Master’s degree) supporting electro-mechanical components.
• Experience in the semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, or FDA-regulated industries.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Horsham, PA.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 25%, peaking up to 50%).

Nice to have

• ASQ Certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, CSQP, CQA) or ISO Lead Auditor certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
