TL;DR
AI Deployment Manager (AI): Delivering high-impact technical enablement and adoption services for OpenAI’s product suite with an accent on translating technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes. Focus on designing training journeys, leading workshops for diverse audiences, and driving sustained product activation across the enterprise customer lifecycle.
Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week).
Compensation: $240,000 + Equity.

What you will do
- Own the technical enablement strategy for ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and API capabilities.
- Lead customer training across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term adoption.
- Design and deliver high-impact workshops, executive briefings, and hackathons.
- Drive measurable business value through structured deployment programs.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing or instructional roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical depth in coding, agents, and APIs, including RAG, evaluation strategies, and fine-tuning.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for senior and executive-level audiences.
- Proven ability to lead structured technical trainings and design learning journeys.
- Ability to connect technical features to business outcomes like efficiency, cost reduction, or revenue impact.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tokyo for a hybrid role.
