What you will do

• Define quality targets and track metrics to provide actionable data to stakeholders.
• Identify quality risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
• Analyze crash reports and debug logs to triage engine issues and provide clear next steps for engineering.
• Author and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans using both whitebox and blackbox approaches.
• Implement test automation using scripting and visual scripting.
• Collaborate with remote QA teams and multidisciplinary Agile teams to ensure a high quality bar.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 1+ years of experience working with game engines or related applications.
• Experience engaging in technical design discussions to build test harnesses and debugging workflows.
• Proficiency in scripting for test automation.
• Experience managing defect databases and creating custom coverage reports.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5, Perforce, Zephyr, and Git.
• Knowledge of Unreal Insights or similar profiling tools.
• Professional experience working on first-person shooters (FPS).
• ISTQB certifications (Foundation, Agile, Expert, or Advanced).
