What you will do

• Own shift-level planning, including task assignment and pre- and post-shift briefings.
• Drive shift flow and efficiency to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for technician questions and operational issues.
• Review work orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and training to technicians.
• Participate in interview panels and support continuous improvement of workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fleet, automotive, or similar technical operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair workflows.
• Must be able to satisfy U.S. person status or citizenship requirements for national security-related projects.
• Proven ability to prioritize work and maintain efficiency in fast-paced environments.
• Clear communication skills to support both technicians and site leadership.
• High standards for safety and operational discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in trucking, logistics, or automotive environments.
• Exposure to autonomous vehicles, robotics, or electric vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with work order systems, SOPs, and diagnostics tools.
