What you will do

• Manage and resolve incidents at platform process and application levels to ensure service stability.
• Handle technical application and customer deployments of software and infrastructure.
• Monitor system status, performance metrics, capacity, and cloud elasticity.
• Manage cloud resources (compute and storage) and maintain current system patches and updates.
• Coordinate with vendors as the primary contact and monitor their service level commitments.
• Mentor junior team members and utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline routine tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of expertise with AWS and Azure public cloud services
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Linux and/or Windows Server
• Experience working in a Cloud/SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and other database technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of networking protocols and LAN/VLAN configurations.
• Proven ability in incident and problem management.

Nice to have

• Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
• Ability to leverage AI to ideate and scale departmental needs.
