What you will do

• Develop engaging visual concepts for social media, display ads, email campaigns, and banners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Optimize creatives for mobile and desktop formats to maximize performance.
• Perform A/B testing and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.
• Handle high-end photo processing and edit raw model photos to client standards.
• Localize and translate promotional creatives for international markets including DE, MX, UK, and JA.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in advertising and marketing design with a strong portfolio.
• Mastery of industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• Ability to integrate AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and generate concepts.
• Experience in localizing designs for international markets and working with multilingual typography.
