Salary: $115–$143 per hour (W2)

What you will do

• Capture and maintain program requirements baselines within a dedicated requirements database.
• Analyze, develop, and decompose Level 1 requirements into Levels 2 through 4 via cross-discipline collaboration.
• Develop and execute requirements verification strategies and validation plans to satisfy system sell-off requirements.
• Ensure the system meets all performance and non-performance specifications.
• Lead system development, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Interface with external customer scientists, engineers, and program management to ensure program success.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (Top Secret/SCI level).
• STEM degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree).
• Expertise with requirements database tools, specifically DOORS.
• Experience developing requirements traceability matrices and participating in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
• Ability to perform occasional domestic travel (less than 10%).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in technical leadership roles such as Lead Engineer or Senior Systems Engineer.
• Experience in multidiscipline system design and testing.
• Advanced degree in a related STEM field.
