What you will do

• Align technical direction across multiple teams and domains through influence and collaboration.
• Partner with architects and product teams to shape strategy and define domain architecture and integration patterns.

• Improve operational excellence through automation, observability, and resilience.
• Establish pragmatic technical standards and promote consistency across the engineering organization.
• Mentor engineers in systems thinking, architecture, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior or principal engineer across multiple teams or domains.
• Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Expertise in backend engineering with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and modern cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency with containerisation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience applying GenAI concepts and AI-assisted development tools in production.
