Salary: $170,000 – $235,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage the entire game development lifecycle from initial concept and prototyping through production, launch, and live operations.
  • Design organizational structures, processes, and project plans to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical leaders to foster a positive team culture and align cross-functional efforts.
  • Implement production best practices and set organizational standards across the team.
  • Act as the primary player advocate to ensure the highest product quality.
  • Lead post-mortems and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams through all development stages.
  • Minimum of 2 games shipped as an Executive Producer, Development Director, or Game Director.
  • Deep understanding of foundational game mechanics and live-service models.
  • Fluency in the game development process from concept to live operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with project management tools, preferably Jira.
