What you will do
- Oversee production for multiple Sci-Fi and Fantasy console and PC titles annually.
- Manage and optimize game art production pipelines and workflows.
- Lead and coordinate diversely talented art teams through instruction and example.
- Ensure projects meet critical milestones and quality standards.
- Utilize project management tools and office admin programs to organize deliverables.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in game art production.
- Deep knowledge of project management and production workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Must be based in the US (excluding California).
Nice to have
- Experience with 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, Unity, or Unreal.
- Ability to create budget and time estimations for asset production.
- Experience working with large teams and complex milestones.
- Mixed portfolio showing 2D/3D, Rigging, Animation, or VFX examples.
