What you will do

• Direct planning, estimation, and execution of development processes for live-service content.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software or game development.
• 6+ years in a production leadership position on a live service game.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience, including managing other managers.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams through metagame feature development.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Deep passion for competitive online games and player communities.
• Familiarity with tactical shooters, specifically VALORANT.
• Experience developing across multiple platforms including PC, console, and mobile.
