What you will do

• Monitor pledged marketable securities and asset-based lines of credit for compliance with loan agreement definitions.
• Ensure proper tracking of documentation for asset-based lines of credit bank-wide.
• Identify and notify Relationship Managers of collateral shortfalls to prevent bank losses.
• Coordinate with Loan Operations to adjust RLOC availability based on monitoring results.
• Assist the Covenant Compliance Manager in identifying potential problem credits for risk rating.
• Provide general administrative support to the Covenant Compliance Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and state laws related to banking and lending practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to utilize bank-specific software such as MPC, IBS, and ADP.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Frisco, TX.
