What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor for external clients to translate business requirements into secure cloud solutions.
• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable Landing Zone configurations using expert-level Terraform.
• Administer complex Microsoft 365 services and Azure subscriptions to ensure optimal uptime.
• Manage enterprise identity, access provisioning, and conditional access policies using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Build and maintain PowerShell scripts and CI/CD pipelines to automate routine M365 and Azure tasks.
• Monitor tenant health and remediate security findings via Defender for Cloud.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (W2 contract, no sponsorship available).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 services and Azure resources.
• Advanced, production-level experience writing and managing complex Terraform (IaC) templates.
• Deep proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (RBAC, conditional access) and advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Valid AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) and MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert) certifications.
• Proven background in consulting or professional services with strong client-facing skills.

Nice to have

• SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator Associate) certification.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to Defender XDR across M365 and Azure environments.
