PPC Specialist (Generative AI)

Location: Hybrid office work with up to two remote days per week; the WFA policy allows working from almost anywhere in the world.

Gross salary: €3,000–€4,500 per month for the Lithuanian market; PLN 13,600–17,200 per month for the Polish market. Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Manage and optimise paid search and other paid acquisition channels.
• Plan, launch, and scale complex campaigns across global markets while meeting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Test ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
• Analyse campaign data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and optimisation areas.
• Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and market trends to improve spending efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports and collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to improve conversion.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid search acquisition campaigns.
• Experience running complex, global, large-scale campaigns.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including experience with Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to turn data insights into action.
• Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
