What you will do

• Define and mature the organizational AI security strategy and program roadmap.
• Establish a governed AI agent registry and enforce secure-by-default standards and policies.
• Coordinate security risk assessments and controls validation for AI platforms and use cases.
• Build and lead a team of AI security engineers, including red teaming and adversarial testing.
• Develop AI-specific incident response runbooks and serve as the executive escalation point.
• Ensure alignment with AI regulations, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and GDPR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security, with 4-5 years in senior security leadership.
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems, LLM-based applications, or agentic AI workflows.
• Proven expertise in threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and risk assessments for complex systems.
• Experience managing security budgets and leading high-performing technical teams.
• Must be an internal candidate based in a country where IRC operates with the right to work in that location.
