What you will do

• Define and design the physical security technology architecture strategy for AI data center environments.
• Establish enterprise architecture standards for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Lead the architecture and governance of physical security systems and supporting platforms.
• Define standards for secure deployment, operational resilience, and lifecycle management of security technologies.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure operational effectiveness and risk management.
• Provide technical leadership and design governance through architecture reviews and technology evaluations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in physical security systems architecture or infrastructure security engineering.
• Deep expertise in physical security technology, systems engineering, or OT/ICS security.
• Experience building or hardening systems in hyperscale infrastructure or large-scale data centers.
• Proven track record of designing physical security systems across multi-site or global environments.
• Ability to translate complex architecture decisions into operational security outcomes.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% globally to support design reviews and deployments.

Nice to have

• Certifications in enterprise access control or video management systems and CCTV analytics.
• Experience with identity-driven access management and integrated security monitoring.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PMP, CSPM, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP.
