TL;DR
Customer Trust Lead (Fintech): Managing the customer-facing security and compliance due diligence function for a multi-product SaaS portfolio with an accent on security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and trust center management. Focus on translating complex compliance frameworks into clear customer-facing responses and serving as the primary subject matter expert for enterprise buyers.
Location: Must be based in or near Boston, MA (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end response process for inbound security questionnaires, DDQs, and vendor risk assessments.
- Maintain and improve the content library in RFPIO and SafeBase to ensure accurate, approved security positions.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on security frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Translate complex technical compliance concepts into clear, audience-aware language for enterprise customers.
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Product teams to validate responses and identify security gaps.
- Drive SafeBase adoption to increase self-service capabilities and reduce inbound questionnaire volume.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security compliance, vendor risk, or customer trust.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Experience managing high-volume security questionnaire workflows in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with RFPIO or comparable questionnaire automation platforms.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Boston, MA.
Nice to have
- Experience contributing to Trust Center platforms like SafeBase, Vanta, or OneTrust.
- Familiarity with public sector requirements such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or CMMC.
- Background in T&E, fintech, or multi-product SaaS environments.
