Salary: $117,000–$201,250 annually

What you will do

• Design and execute studies and experiments supporting clinical development, medical affairs, discovery, and manufacturing sciences programs.
• Provide statistical analysis, interpretation, reporting, and communication of data evidence for research, development, and marketed products.
• Optimize study and trial designs, including scenario simulations and sample size calculations.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques and computational tools to address complex program requirements.
• Collaborate with Quantitative Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, drug development scientists, project teams, CROs, consultants, and health authorities.
• Advance statistical methodologies through process improvement, standards development, and scholarly publications.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and statistical principles.
• Proficiency in R and SAS; familiarity with Python and other relevant computational tools.
• Experience applying statistical methodologies in scientific, disease, functional, and regulatory contexts.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary settings outside statistics.
