Salary: $115,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Design and implement digital delivery and consulting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage integrated project teams to deliver value-centric digital solutions.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships while identifying pain points and proposing suitable consulting solutions.
• Drive business development and delivery revenue targets through sales support and proposal development.
• Establish market eminence by participating in industry forums and publishing thought leadership.
• Mentor and lead a high-performance team to ensure project health and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale capital delivery, project management, or management consulting in North American markets.
• Proven industry experience in mining & metals, energy, or infrastructure/transit sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
• Strong functional knowledge in digital strategy, common data environments, or risk management.
• Ability to travel to client/project sites and industrial conferences as required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Experience with software platforms such as Azure, Databricks, SAP, Maximo, Hexagon EAM, Autodesk, or Bentley.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0/5.0 solutions, ISO 19650, or ISO 55000 frameworks.
• Experience in integrated CAPEX to OPEX delivery.
