What you will do

• Provide full-range cost consulting services including advanced construction estimation and blueprint analysis.
• Prepare project descriptions, assumptions, and estimates based on deep construction methodology.
• Analyze general conditions, change orders, and perform tender analysis using CAD, Excel, and Cost X.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and service expansion.
• Lead the assessment of client requirements, conduct project reviews, and resolve issues effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), Member RICS, or Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial real estate or a related field.
• Full and deep understanding of Cost Planning and Project Monitoring services.
• Strong business acumen with a proven focus on business development.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto or Montreal offices (Hybrid).
