What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams within the CSD Convergence Programme.
• Design, build, and evolve scalable, highly available, and resilient platform components.
• Define and promote reference architectures and best practices for APIs, messaging, and event streaming.
• Contribute to non-functional requirements, including availability, performance, security, observability, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams in a highly regulated environment.
• Support multiple SW Factory teams in adopting shared platform services and architectural standards.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of API Gateways, Kafka, and ActiveMQ.
• Experience with MongoDB Enterprise, Redis Enterprise, and Elasticsearch.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and security concepts to business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital-native companies building software platforms at significant scale.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or post-trade environments (CSD experience is a strong advantage).
