Focus on delivering empathetic, solution-oriented support while working in a hybrid setup based in Lisbon.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (commute to the Lisbon office; work in the office at least 2 days per week)

Salary: €18.000–€23.000 annual gross base

What you will do

  • Address and resolve customer queries for sellers and buyers via chat, email, phone, and social media.
  • Mediator in disputes between sellers and buyers to find solutions that work for both parties.
  • Manage complaints and ensure correct, timely handling of cases.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to support service improvements.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of direct experience in customer service or content moderation.
  • Professional speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to switch quickly between multiple customer channels (phone and email).
  • Available to work 40 hours per week.
  • Commute to Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week; flexible for at least 2 weekends per month and some public holidays.
