What you will do

• Collaborate with Reliability, Incident Management, and Observability teams to design high-quality UX.
• Develop internal infrastructure and reliability products that simplify production triaging and bug investigation.
• Create and review high-quality, tested pull requests and design documents.
• Build comprehensive tests to ensure the reliability and performance of developed software.
• Stay current with industry trends in Web development and performance engineering, specifically within the observability space.
• Own the product lifecycle by acting as your own product manager from design to execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience building internal infrastructure, specifically in Data or Observability domains.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or another object-oriented language.
• Strong knowledge of practical data structures and asynchronous programming.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple timezones.
• English: Fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prometheus.
• Experience with Grafana or similar observability solutions.
• Experience with visx.
