What you will do
- Act as the DS technical lead across multiple product teams including Treasury, Markets, Custody, and XRPL.
- Partner with product and business leads to define analytics strategy and success metrics.
- Develop reusable scientific frameworks for network health, causal inference, and forecasting.
- Pioneer AI-accelerated analytics by applying LLMs and agentic workflows to automate insights.
- Drive evidence-based evaluation of growth, identifying causal drivers behind adoption and volume.
- Translate complex technical results into clear narratives for executives and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analysis with senior-level impact.
- Proven technical leadership across cross-functional teams and influence over strategy.
- Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python or R and fluency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to accelerate analytics workflows.
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in a quantitative field preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with FinTech, payments, crypto, or blockchain data.
- Experience with large-scale data technology such as Databricks, Airflow, or dBT.
