What you will do
- Operationalize the weekly in-game ad schedule and storefront offers for live-service titles.
- Orchestrate end-to-end marketing and lifecycle campaigns, including upsell journeys and partnership activations.
- Act as the central hub between Marketing, Product, Insights, and Game Studios to ensure seamless delivery.
- Coordinate pre- and post-launch QA testing for in-game messaging and storefront features.
- Drive the scaling of in-game DNA tech capabilities and refine team processes to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Provide functional mentorship to rotating graduates and maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland.
- Extensive experience in digital operations, live-service gaming, or in-game messaging management.
- Proven track record in process improvement and operational scaling within technical environments.
- Experience working with technical teams to deliver scalable UI and product functionality.
- Strong understanding of video game launch and release management processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
