Salary: €18,000–€23,000 gross base per year

What you will do
- Address and resolve customer queries for sellers and buyers via chat, email, phone, and social media.
- Mediator between sellers and buyers during disputes to find solutions that work for both parties.
- Handle complaints and ensure correct, timely outcomes for customer cases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Collect and share customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of direct experience in customer service or content moderation; live channels experience is highly valued.
- Professional speaking and writing skills in Romanian and English; strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to switch quickly between customer channels (phone and email).
- Available to work 40 hours per week; flexible with at least 2 weekends per month and some public holidays.
- Must commute to the Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week.
