What you will do

• Own the end-to-end offensive security lifecycle from planning and scoping to remediation tracking and closure.
• Lead annual and quarterly offensive security planning to ensure coverage across critical assets and business services.
• Provide delivery oversight for Red Team assessments, adversary emulation, and detection validation activities.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure clear ownership, prioritization, and timelines for security remediation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for audit, regulatory, and assurance activities related to offensive security.
• Provide advisory support to application and infrastructure teams on secure design and threat exposure.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in operational Cyber Security roles.
• University degree in computer science, computer engineering, or computer security.
• Strong understanding of information security concepts, trends, and practices.
• Proven ability to solve problems with creative solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying findings to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as SANS, CEH, or CISSP.
• Knowledge of frameworks including CISA, MITRE, NIST, TIBAS, CREST, I-CRT, and TIBER-EU.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Confluence.
