What you will do

• Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts as a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers.
• Perform tailored threat hunting and research dark web data based on specific customer requirements and environments.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports on intelligence findings and dark web alerts to stakeholders from SOC analysts to CISOs.
• Respond to ad hoc customer requests for threat intelligence and monitoring support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to undertake research and improve threat hunting services.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland and be able to undergo Garda Vetting as a condition of employment.
• 5+ years of experience in Incident Response, SOC, Threat Hunting, Cyber Threat Intelligence, or Dark Web monitoring.
• Proven background in presenting and delivering detailed reports to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executives.
• Strong knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts.
• Ability to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time.

• Understanding of contemporary scripting languages.
