TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Mexico or Argentina. Valid US Visa required for occasional travel to US-based events.
Salary: $3,000–$3,500 USD/month.

What you will do
- Own and execute community programs end-to-end, from launch to ongoing participation.
- Facilitate new Squads through their first 3-6 meetings to establish structure and momentum.
- Build relationships with members and connect them to relevant opportunities and introductions.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to increase participation and support engagement initiatives.
- Gather member feedback and surface meaningful insights to the Community team.
- Collaborate with Operations to improve workflows and member experiences.
Requirements
- Valid US Visa required at the time of offer.
- Must be based in Mexico or Argentina.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with high-energy founders.
- Proven experience in community management, masterminds, or founder ecosystems.
- Operational discipline to track interactions and report on outcomes accurately.
- Ability to align with Eastern Time for core working hours.
Nice to have
- Background in ecommerce, Amazon seller, or DTC founder environments.
- Experience with CRM and engagement tools like Airtable, ClickUp, or Slack.
- Comfort with data analysis to identify engagement trends and anomalies.
