Creators of hirify.global Zero, a portable device for tech enthusiasts, currently developing new hardware products like hirify.global One and BUSY Bar.

What you will do

• Build and improve moderation processes in collaboration with volunteer moderators.
• Develop community guidelines, moderation policies, and internal playbooks.
• Engage with users across Reddit and Discord to maintain healthy and valuable discussions.
• Collect structured product feedback and share actionable insights with the product team.
• Organize community initiatives to increase engagement across all channels.

Requirements

• Experience managing online communities on platforms such as Reddit or Discord.
• Fluent in both English and Russian.
• Experience building engagement and working directly with online communities.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and stay calm in difficult situations.
• Genuine interest in technology and consumer products.

• Familiarity with hardware-focused products.
