Software Engineer II (Python)

TL;DR

Software Engineer II (Python): Designing and developing the Mosaic One SaaS product for network management and AI-driven insights with an accent on backend scalability and cloud infrastructure. Location: Hybrid (Gdynia, Poland) - presence in the office 3 days a week

What you will do

• Design and develop the Mosaic One SaaS product.
• Implement new software modules and enhancements through high- and low-level software design.
• Conduct feasibility studies for required software developments and document architecture.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure software quality.
• Perform unit and system-level testing and fix bugs across all testing phases.
• Collaborate with the team to deploy and test incremental software releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of active professional software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and Python.
• Experience with pyTest, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Unit Test Frameworks.
• English proficiency level B1 or higher.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python3, Pydantic, Poetry, and the Boto3 library.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as CloudFormation, AWS SAM, and AWS CDK.
