What you will do
- Analyze global company filings and proxy statements to assess corporate governance and executive compensation.
- Interpret and apply client policy mandates to upcoming shareholder meetings.
- Contribute to data management and research projects supporting governance analyses.
- Use analytical tools to identify patterns in proxy voting and governance trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare insights and recommendations for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Must be based in London or able to work onsite at the 12 Arthur Street office.
- Proficiency with Excel and experience working with databases.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of experience in research, proxy voting, data analysis, or capital markets.
- Familiarity with corporate governance practices in the Americas.
