What you will do

• Analyze global company filings and proxy statements to assess corporate governance and executive compensation.
• Interpret and apply client policy mandates to upcoming shareholder meetings.
• Contribute to data management and research projects supporting governance analyses.
• Use analytical tools to identify patterns in proxy voting and governance trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare insights and recommendations for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Must be based in London or able to work onsite at the 12 Arthur Street office.
• Proficiency with Excel and experience working with databases.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in research, proxy voting, data analysis, or capital markets.
• Familiarity with corporate governance practices in the Americas.
