What you will do
- Analyze market trends and customer requirements across automotive, industrial, and server applications.
- Define product requirements, design targets, CRS documentation, and datasheet parameters.
- Act as the technical interface between customers and internal R&D, marketing, and development teams.
- Perform competitive benchmarking across performance, cost, and features.
- Own the product roadmap, NPI pipeline, business cases, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products and train marketing and field applications teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in applications, systems, or product definition engineering.
- Experience with power ICs, including DC-DC buck converters/controllers and hot-swap controllers.
- Knowledge of automotive, industrial, or server power systems.
- Ability to translate system requirements into IC specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
