What you will do

• Analyze market trends and customer requirements for automotive, industrial, and server applications.
• Define detailed product requirements, including CRS, design targets, and datasheet parameters.
• Act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal R&D teams.
• Perform competitive benchmarking focused on performance, cost, and features.
• Own the product roadmap and New Product Introduction (NPI) pipeline.
• Create business cases and conduct ROI analysis to drive portfolio results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in applications, systems, or product definition engineering.
• Hands-on experience with power ICs, specifically dc-dc buck converters/controllers and hot-swap controllers.
• Strong knowledge of automotive, industrial, or server power systems.
• Ability to translate complex system requirements into precise IC specifications.
