Location: hirify.global Hoddinott Hall, Cardiff (Hybrid possible)

Salary: £32,900 - £42,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of hirify.global NOW Connect activity across regional hubs and national programmes.
• Design and deliver inclusive learning and engagement projects, both live and digital, to broaden access to orchestral music.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with communities, education, arts, and health organisations across Wales.
• Support progression routes for young people to contribute to the music talent pipeline in Wales.
• Collaborate with musicians to co-create community-led activities, including residency models.
• Manage project budgets, resources, safeguarding, and logistics to hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering learning or engagement activity in an arts, cultural, or education setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver complex programmes on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills to engage, influence, and collaborate with diverse groups.
• Experience building and maintaining effective partnerships with wide-ranging stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to broadening access, inclusion, and diversity.
• Must be able to travel regularly within Wales.

Nice to have

• Experience working with orchestras, musicians, or within the classical music sector.
• Knowledge of the education landscape and music services in Wales.
• Experience delivering projects in arts & health or wellbeing settings.
• Ability to develop digital learning content or work across digital platforms.
