What you will do

• Produce live studio output and pre-recorded shows for a national audience.
• Develop high-quality content for flagship programming and the No Repeat Guarantee.
• Collaborate closely with presenters, technical teams, and contributors.
• Apply strong editorial judgement to ensure content accuracy, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze audience feedback and performance metrics to optimize content.
• Operate studio equipment and audio editing software.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and available for a Tuesday–Saturday work schedule.
• Proven experience in national broadcast radio or professional audio production.
• Strong editorial judgement and creative thinking abilities.
• Technical proficiency with studio equipment and audio editing software.
• Understanding of regulatory standards such as the Ofcom Broadcasting Code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with talent.
