What you will do

• Build complete applications, workflow automations, and basic agents using AI coding agents
• Translate customer needs into buildable specifications and manage the process from requirements to deployment
• Instrument solutions to track usage and outcomes, iterating based on performance data
• Ensure AI-generated output meets security, privacy, reliability, and quality standards
• Engage in customer conversations to identify automation opportunities
• Document effective prompts and patterns for team-wide adoption

Requirements

• Proficiency with AI coding agents for end-to-end application development
• Ability to write and iterate effective prompts to achieve desired outcomes
• Strong understanding of full-stack applications, including frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure
• Knowledge of common architectural patterns such as APIs, databases, and queues
• Familiarity with UI/UX patterns and basic product development concepts
• Must be based in the US and able to work from the Seattle office at least 50% of the time
