Senior Software Engineer (AI Engineering)

What you will do

• Design and operate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to expose CRM, ticketing, and analytics data to AI agents.
• Implement secure authentication flows using Okta PKCE and RBAC policy enforcement for data access.
• Architect prompt engineering frameworks, tool-call schemas, and evaluation harnesses for predictable AI behavior.
• Build multi-step autonomous agents to automate end-to-end GTM workflows such as lead qualification and support triage.
• Develop full-stack internal tooling using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Manage AWS infrastructure (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway) and maintain high observability standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python for automation and data pipelines.
• Significant experience with AWS deployment (Lambda, Bedrock, ECS, API Gateway, IAM).
• Proven track record of integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) into production features.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) as a primary productivity multiplier.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server construction.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience with CRM API integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• GCP experience (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Functions).
• Experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, or Sales Engineering contexts.
