Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop modern SharePoint solutions, including Hub sites, lists, libraries, and custom dashboards.
• Implement site permissions, navigation structures, and document management systems.
• Automate workflows and approval processes using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Design and maintain SharePoint themes, templates, and master pages to ensure a consistent UI/UX.
• Ensure all front-end development meets Section-508 accessibility and Federal security requirements.
• Analyze site usage data to provide metrics and improve system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SharePoint development
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Strong consultative mindset with experience collaborating with stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI)

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, REST API, and CSS/HTML
• Knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes
• Experience with unit, functional, and user acceptance testing
• Prior experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
