What you will do

• Assist the account management team with availability checks and general club support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
• Contribute to team meetings and cross-functional projects to support long-term brand growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused role within the technology sector.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and remote support tools.
• Strong call handling skills with the ability to resolve end-user issues.
