What you will do

  • Manage international customer inquiries regarding booking changes, cancellations, and travel modifications.
  • Utilize GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to provide tailored travel recommendations.
  • Process financial transactions securely while adhering to verification and compliance policies.
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences to ensure strong satisfaction scores.
  • Identify customer needs and resolve complaints with a solution-driven, customer-first approach.
  • Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of GDS experience is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of international contact centre experience is required.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and rotational shifts.
  • Amadeus certification.
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate and a clear credit and criminal record.
