What you will do
- Provide reliable and trustworthy customer service to resolve enquiries effectively.
- Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Follow guidelines to investigate and process high-volume customer requests.
- Escalate complex queries or complaints to appropriate channels for resolution.
- Promote and cross-sell client products to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain and secure records within customer information systems.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in German and English (verbal and written).
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- 6–12 months of experience in customer service.
- 6–12 months of experience in a call center environment.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and email.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Roodepoort, South Africa.
