What you will do

  • Provide reliable and trustworthy customer service to resolve enquiries effectively.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Follow guidelines to investigate and process high-volume customer requests.
  • Escalate complex queries or complaints to appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Promote and cross-sell client products to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain and secure records within customer information systems.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in German and English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
  • 6–12 months of experience in customer service.
  • 6–12 months of experience in a call center environment.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and email.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Roodepoort, South Africa.
