What you will do

• Own the brand voice across the entire customer journey, including CRM campaigns, funnel content, and product features.
• Write persuasive push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and emails that drive CTR and conversions.
• Partner with design, marketing, product, and business development teams to take ad concepts from brief to execution.
• Define and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Introduce fresh creative angles and formats to lift engagement and brand relevance.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating copy that moved metrics or shaped a brand.
• Exceptional written English with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
• Proven experience in multi-channel copywriting across CRM, web, social, and ads.
• Ability to produce high-quality work at a fast pace with strong first-pass accuracy.
• Deep understanding of or ability to plug into GCC culture.

Nice to have

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and email platforms.
