Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (minimum 12 in-office days per month)

What you will do

• Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for owned marketing channels.
• Develop templates and guidelines to ensure quality at scale and accelerate asset delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and creatives to build high-quality assets.
• Analyze tech industry trends and campaigns to provide inspiration for the broader team.
• Support in-house writers and other content team members.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced tech company, agency, or dynamic marketing environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with creative teams across writing, video, and design.
• Expertise in using editorial style guides and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency with Figma and emerging AI tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Tallinn, Estonia.
