What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual technical training to security teams, OT engineers, and plant operators.
• Facilitate lab-intensive courses covering the hirify.global Platform, network visibility, and incident response workflows.
• Collaborate with product and threat intelligence teams to align course content with the latest platform releases and the threat landscape.
• Manage and troubleshoot hands-on lab environments during training sessions to keep sessions on track.
• Partner with customer success teams to tailor training delivery based on audience profiles and deployment stages.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in OT/ICS security or operational technology engineering.
• Proven experience delivering technical instruction to professional audiences, such as engineers and security analysts.
• Working knowledge of OT/ICS protocols, network architectures (e.g., Purdue model), and security monitoring concepts.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites and industrial facilities.
• Proficiency with virtual lab platforms and remote training delivery tools.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with the hirify.global Platform or comparable OT security platforms.
• Certifications in OT/ICS security such as GICSP, CSSA, or ICS-CERT training.
• Sector background in electric utility, oil and gas, manufacturing, or water and wastewater.
