What you will do

• Lead the design and development of assessments for regulated and non-regulated qualifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure assessment developments meet qualification requirements and deadlines.
• Recruit and manage a network of external subject matter experts for assessment writing and review.
• Ensure all assessment design and delivery processes comply with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain version controls and manage data within the Assessment Design Team file structures.
• Support the wider Product Development Team with operational functions as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with a suitable home office for fully remote work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to own processes and meet deadlines.
• Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and adhere to strict procedures.
• Highly organized, efficient, and capable of working on own initiative.
