Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum

What you will do
- Conduct End-Point Assessments for Children, Young People and Families practitioners (Level 4) and managers (Level 5).
- Manage internal quality assurance (IQA) processes and act as Lead IQA for sector risk ratings.
- Design and deliver training materials for onboarding new Assessors in the given sector.
- Develop and host standardisation activities to ensure consistency in grading and decision-making.
- Handle complex customer queries, malpractice investigations, and assessment appeals.
- Perform continuous professional development (CPD) and maintain industry and regulatory knowledge.
Requirements
- Competence in assessing Children and Families Practitioner and Manager Apprenticeship Standards.
- Must have active industry experience within the last 3 years.
- Relevant Assessor qualification (D32/33, A1, TAQA or equivalent).
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths.
- Ability to travel within the UK using own transport.
- Proven experience in work-based learning assessment and IQA.
Nice to have
- Internal Quality Assurer Qualification (D34, V1).
- Level 3 Early Years and Education or Level 6 DfE Approved qualification for Early Years.
- Industry experience working with children in Early Years and school settings.
- Experience with End-Point Assessment delivery and External Quality Assurance (EQA) activities.
