What you will do

• Provision and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Databricks, Airflow) supporting 800+ daily workflows.
• Develop internal Python tools and CI/CD pipelines to simplify data model testing and deployment.
• Implement observability and alerting systems to monitor platform health, uptime, and compute costs.
• Collaborate with data teams to define and deliver intuitive infrastructure solutions.
• Promote software engineering best practices to elevate technical and product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with data-intensive systems and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proficiency in Python or another mainstream OOP language.
• Strong understanding of modern CI/CD, testing, and observability principles.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience with modern data platforms like Databricks or Delta Lake.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-team projects.
