What you will do

• Set up and manage new Income Protection claims.
• Review medical evidence from GPs and consultants to assess claims.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and third parties.
• Ensure all claims are handled in line with legislation and internal processes.
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify and escalate complaints or potential breaches.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Hove, UK.
• Experience in a claims, insurance, or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
• Customer-centred approach with the confidence to manage sensitive situations.
